DMCA Copyright Policy
1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notification
Apkund respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Apkund service and/or website (the "Site").
2. Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by submitting a DMCA notice through our official contact form.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Apkund will take appropriate action at its sole discretion, including removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material or link that you request to be removed or disabled, including the exact URL on Apkund where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A declaration statement including both of the following:
- "I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- "The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
- Your electronic or physical signature.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
All DMCA takedown requests must be submitted through our official contact form:

Please allow 1–3 business days for review and response. Submitting requests through other communication channels may delay processing.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the same contact form. A valid counter-notification should include:
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the Site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Apkund does not tolerate copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate access for users or content providers who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. False Claims (Important Notice)
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you should seek legal advice before submitting a DMCA notice.
