Gilt Share overview

Gilt Share is a tip calculator and bill splitter built for anyone who has ever struggled to figure out who owes what at the end of a meal. Enter the bill total, drag the slider to set your preferred tip percentage, and choose how many people are splitting the check. Every number updates instantly — no need to tap a calculate button. The per-person amount is always visible and always current. The tip slider gives you fine-grained control, letting you land exactly on the percentage you want rather than choosing from a few preset buttons. Guest count adjusts with a simple tap, and the breakdown shows both the tip amount and the total before dividing. There are no accounts, no logins, and no data sent anywhere. Everything runs on your device. Open the app, enter a number, and you have your answer in seconds. Gilt Share works just as well for a coffee for two as it does for a large group dinner. The layout stays clean and readable regardless of how many people are involved.
