Cellar Sip Notes overview

Cellar Sip Notes is a personal tasting journal for wine and coffee lovers who want to record and revisit every sip in detail. Log your drinks by category, assign a rating on a detailed scale, and attach descriptive aroma tags to capture exactly what you tasted. Over time you build a searchable library of flavor profiles that reflects your personal palate. Every entry supports custom aroma tags — earthy, floral, smoky, citrus, nutty, and dozens more — so you can describe a cup of Ethiopian pour-over or a Burgundy Pinot Noir with equal precision. The rating system breaks scores into fine increments so the difference between a good bottle and a great one is never lost. All data is stored on your device. No account is needed, no data leaves your phone, and the app works fully offline. Whether you are building a home cellar, exploring single-origin coffees, or simply trying to remember that wine you had at dinner last month, Cellar Sip Notes gives you a quiet, organized place to keep those impressions.
