Boxing Round Interval Timer overview

Ring Timer is a boxing round timer built for real training: sparring, pad work, heavy bag rounds, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, HIIT and tabata. Set your rounds, rest and warnings once, press start and train. The round timer keeps time from the clock, so the gym bell rings on the second even when your phone is locked, the screen is off or your music is playing. No ads, no account, and nothing interrupts a workout. Use it as a boxing interval timer in your garage, an MMA timer for sparring nights or a tabata and HIIT workout timer for conditioning. Every built-in preset and the full timer are yours to use from day one. Key Features Lock-Proof Timer Your boxing timer keeps ringing on time with the phone locked or in your pocket. Late cues are dropped, so sounds never pile up when you unlock. Live Countdown on the Lock Screen See the round, the phase and the seconds left without unlocking. On iPhone it runs in the Dynamic Island; on Android as a live notification. Presets for Every Combat Sport Amateur and pro boxing, women's pro, MMA, MMA title, Muay Thai and kickboxing. Plus BJJ rolls, heavy bag, shadowboxing, tabata timer, HIIT and EMOM, ready in one tap. Real Gym Bell and Round Warnings Single or triple bell, 10-second clapper, buzzer, gong and whistle. Stack warnings before the round ends and give the last round its own bell. Custom Round Timer Set round length, rest time, prepare and cool-down, from 1 to 99 rounds or unlimited. Save up to three custom boxing timer presets for your own workouts. Round Builder (Pro) Give every round its own length and rest, like a real fight camp session. Build pyramid rounds, sprint rounds or a championship final round. Coach Mode (Pro) A spoken cornerman calls out punch combos 1 to 6 while you work the bag. Choose orthodox or southpaw, three levels, defense cues and sprint bursts, fully offline. Plays Nicely With Your Music Your playlist keeps playing and only dips while a bell or callout sounds. Volume boost makes the bell cut through a loud gym. Glove-Friendly Controls Tap anywhere to pause, lock the controls, and the screen stays awake. Spoken 3-2-1 countdown, vibration and a screen flash on every bell. Gym Clock View (Pro) Turn the phone sideways for giant digits you can read from across the ring. Phases show by color, ring pattern and label, so they stay clear for color-blind athletes. Training History and Streaks Every session is logged with rounds and time, and your streak grows day by day. Seven days of history are always included; Pro keeps it all.
