Childbase App overview

At Childbase Partnership, we believe early childhood should be about joy, discovery, and care - not paperwork. That’s why our nurseries use smart tools behind the scenes, so our teams can spend more time focusing on what really matters: your child. You’ll stay connected every step of the way with instant updates, messages, and photos, offering peace of mind and a window into your child’s day. Our secure systems also make it simple for colleagues to share learning journals and observations, so you always feel part of their journey. Through the app, you can update permissions, report sickness and holidays, pay your bill, and send direct messages at the touch of a button. A range of additional admin tools further streamlines processes, giving colleagues even more time to create high-quality learning experiences for children.
