Lynxis overview

Lynxis is a Wear OS watch face background built around the image of a curious cat rendered in low-poly geometric art. Composed of faceted triangular planes with soft gradient shading, the cat gazes upward with wide luminous eyes glowing in deep violet and amethyst tones. The palette draws from dark teal, pine, and slate, with purple accent highlights catching the light along the muzzle, ear tips, and reflected in the upward gauze. The backdrop is a rich forest emerald darkness, with deep shadowy greens pooling at the edges and corners while the center remains calm and uncluttered. This gives the composition breathing room and ensures visual comfort whether displayed as a full square or cropped to a circle on a round watch display. The concept behind Lynxis channels the quiet mystery of a cat lost in thought beneath a dark emerald night. The low-poly facets give the figure the feel of something ancient and angular, as if carved from forest stone and shadow. Purple luminescence in the eyes and along the contours adds an otherworldly tension, suggesting the cat perceives something just beyond the visible. The mood is contemplative and slightly unsettling, shaped by geometric forms casting subtle implied shadows that deepen the atmosphere. Lynxis is designed for those who appreciate moody, abstract art on their wrist and who wear the night like a second skin.
