Foriva overview

Foriva is a Wear OS watch face background that transports the wearer beneath a towering forest canopy at golden hour. The scene is rendered in crisp retro pixel art, capturing a view looking straight up through a dense ceiling of layered leaves and branches. The composition uses a warm, limited palette of amber, deep emerald, and burnt orange to form bold, chunky pixel clusters of overlapping tree crowns. Dramatic god rays of amber and soft pink light burst downward through gaps in the canopy, while the sky visible between the leaves glows in a shifting sunset gradient — moving from deep violet at the corners through magenta and coral to a bright amber-orange at the center. Pixel dithering patterns convey depth and atmospheric haze, giving the image a sense of layered distance within a flat, stylized medium. The composition is symmetrical and centered so the brightest glowing sky patch sits near the middle of the frame, creating a naturally calm focal zone for watch elements. Corner areas fade into darker foliage silhouettes, lending the design a graceful, circular quality suited to round watch displays. The concept behind Foriva is the electric thrill of standing beneath an ancient forest at its most breathtaking moment — when the canopy becomes a stained-glass cathedral of amber and violet light. The pixel art approach brings a bold, nostalgic energy reminiscent of classic retro game worlds paused at their most vivid. Wearing Foriva means carrying a reminder that even brief, ordinary moments can blaze with color and vitality.
