Fastelo: Ring Timer overview

Fastelo is an intermittent fasting timer built around a smooth animated ring that shows exactly where you are in your fasting or eating window at any moment. Pick your fasting protocol — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or a custom split — and the ring starts counting down immediately. The circular progress visualization makes it effortless to see how much time remains without reading numbers. A quick glance tells you whether you're deep into a fast or approaching your eating window. Everything runs locally on your device. No account, no sync, no server. Your fasting history and settings stay private, stored only on your phone. Features include: - Animated countdown ring for fasting and eating phases - Multiple preset fasting protocols plus custom scheduling - Fasting history log to track completed sessions - Onboarding walkthrough on first launch - Clean, minimal interface with a decorative background No ads during sessions, no paywalls, no registration required. Just open the app and start your fast.
