Todoist Comms overview

Todoist Comms helps teams turn their conversations into decisions and Todoist tasks. 💬 Discuss with your team • Set up channels for every project and area of the business. • Structure conversations as threads, focused on decision-making. One topic, choose who to notify, discuss, then conclude. No infinite scroll chaos. • Catch up in one inbox, where you can archive notifications. • Use chats to send messages to teammates privately. • Invite customers and contractors as guests to collaborate more efficiently than email and messaging. • Easily search past decisions made in Todoist Comms for important context. ☑️ Connected with Todoist • Turn conversations into Todoist tasks, automatically linked for team visibility and accountability. • Complete and assign linked tasks from Todoist Comms. 🤖 Ready for AI • Todoist Comms has built-in MCP and CLI support, so you can connect it with AI agents and run workflows through them. Todoist Comms is made by the team at Todoist. We're independent, bootstrapped, and remote since 2011. The only people we answer to are the ones who use Todoist.
