Kiyomizu Japanese Watch Face

Kiyomizu Japanese Watch Face overview

WabiFace Kiyomizu brings a Kyoto autumn evening to your Wear OS smartwatch. 🍁 DUSK OVER THE MAPLES A temple veranda stands against a burning sky, the mountains fading into mist below it. The hour sits on the dark moon at the centre, where a seigaiha wave pattern runs beneath the numerals. 🍂 DRIFTING MAPLE Maple leaves fall across the scene through the day and turn to a deeper, quieter leaf after dark. They are kept to the margins so they never cross the time. 🎴 DAILY KANJI Each day of the month reveals a different Japanese character, with its meaning in English underneath - 31 in all, from Dream on the first to Radiance on the last. 🎨 FIVE INKS Gold, Maple, Crimson, Amber and Pearl. Your choice colours the seigaiha under the hour, the time, the date and the three icons down the left. ⌚ AT A GLANCE - Steps - Heart rate - Battery Three readouts down the left of the hour, each tinted to the theme you choose. 📅 DATE The date and weekday follow your watch's language, and the clock follows your 12- or 24-hour setting. 🌙 AMBIENT MODE Built for always-on display. The leaves, the kanji and the wave pattern step aside and the scene dims to a quiet ground, so the hour stays readable and the battery lasts. 🌸 ABOUT WABIFACE WabiFace is a collection of watch faces celebrating Japanese aesthetics - wabi-sabi, mono no aware, and the dignified passage of time.
